For tradespeople and CIS subcontractors
We do your books and your tax, so you don't have to
From April 2027, if your trade brings in over £30,000 a year, the government says you have to keep digital records and send HMRC an update every three months. Miss them and you start picking up penalty points and fines. We take all of that off your hands.
Launching January 2027. Register your interest. No payment taken.
Not another app to learn. People do your books, check your CIS deductions and get your refund filed, and a qualified UK bookkeeper checks every return.
You send it, we sort it
No software to learn and no shoebox in January. You keep working; we keep your books squared up all year round.

Fair questions
If yours isn't here, register and ask us on the call.
Does this apply to me?
From 6 April 2027 it applies to sole traders whose income from self-employment and property is over £30,000 a year before expenses. If yours is over £50,000, it already applies. It doesn't apply to limited companies.
If you're under the threshold now, you'll still need to file a normal tax return, and we can do that too.
I already have an accountant. Why would I switch?
Many accountants charge for the year-end return and leave the record keeping to you. Under the new rules the records have to be digital and kept up every quarter. We do the records, the updates and the return for one monthly price.
Can't I just use an app that files for me?
You can. An app files what you put into it, so you still do the books yourself: every receipt and expense, every quarter, and you have to know what you can claim.
With us you send photos and statements and we do the rest: the bookkeeping, the four quarterly updates, the end-of-year return, and checking your CIS deductions against what HMRC has so any refund is claimed straight after April. A qualified UK bookkeeper checks every return before it goes.
I already use a job or invoicing app. Can I keep it?
Yes. Keep quoting and invoicing the way you do now. Send us your invoices or give us access to your reports, and we'll do the books, the updates and the return from there.
What happens when I register?
We'll call you for a short chat about your work and which plan would suit. Nothing is set up and nothing is charged. When we launch in January 2027, you'll be among the first we invite to join.
Do I need to buy any software?
No. We set up and run the bookkeeping software for you. You just send us your receipts and statements.
Who actually does my books?
A trained bookkeeping team keeps your records each month. Every update and return is then checked by a qualified UK bookkeeper before it goes to HMRC.
